In June 2022, Call Center Services International (CCSI) announced that it would be speaking and exhibiting at the ACA International Convention & Expo 2022, held July 20–22 at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida. The event provided an opportunity for CCSI to present its Nearshore Mexico solution to organizations looking to expand debt collection capacity and improve recovery operations.
CCSI announced its participation at Booth #207, where attendees could learn about establishing a Nearshore Debt Collection Contact Center in Mexico.
The 2022 announcement highlighted several advantages of a Mexico-based collection operation, including access to professional bilingual and bicultural agents, workforce scalability, proximity to the United States, and potential labor and operational cost savings compared with U.S.-based operations.
For debt collection programs, CCSI also emphasized the importance of maintaining operational control over workflows, technology, reporting, performance objectives, and agent processes while using an established Nearshore infrastructure.
Information security and compliance were also important parts of the original event message. CCSI's security framework has continued to evolve since 2022 and is now documented through its current Cybersecurity Certifications & Compliance program.
As part of the original 2022 event promotion, attendees who scheduled a meeting with CCSI were offered an opportunity to win a set of Bowers & Wilkins True Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Ear Headphones. The original promotional graphic is preserved below as part of the historical event announcement.

Historical note: First published in June 2022, this article has been reviewed and updated while preserving CCSI's original announcement that it would be speaking and exhibiting at the ACA International Convention & Expo 2022, including the July 20–22 event dates, Booth #207, and the original headphones giveaway promotion. Because the original article documented the event in advance, the speaking engagement is preserved as an announced participation rather than presented as a completed presentation without additional documentation. Security and compliance references have been updated to reflect CCSI's current framework.
