Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS), a leader in corporate facilities management and cleaning services, opened a customer service center in Baja California, Mexico. This nearshore center is fully integrated with its U.S. operation and provides additional customer service capacity for KBS clients.

The center opened with 35 agents and is projected to scale to 95 agents by year-end. Through its nearshore operation in Mexico, KBS is expected to benefit from more than $3 million in annual labor cost savings, creating a significant positive impact on the company’s bottom-line performance.

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) partnered with Call Center Services International (CCSI) to establish its nearshore contact center in Mexico and provide the administrative infrastructure required for long-term operational success.
