In June 2023, Call Center Services International (CCSI) announced its membership in the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), strengthening its connection with the healthcare finance community and supporting its continued development of Nearshore Contact Center solutions for U.S. healthcare organizations.
CCSI specializes in helping U.S. organizations establish and manage Nearshore Healthcare Contact Center operations in Mexico.
The Nearshore model provides access to professional bilingual and bicultural talent, geographic proximity to the United States, substantial overlap with U.S. business hours, and competitive operating costs.
CCSI supports healthcare organizations with services that can include patient enrollment and inquiries, appointment and transportation scheduling, billing and collections, insurance-related processes, medical device technical support, and other patient communication functions.
Healthcare organizations require Contact Center teams that can communicate professionally with patients while operating within clearly defined processes, security controls, and client requirements.
CCSI's bilingual and bicultural agents can support both English- and Spanish-speaking patients and customers, helping organizations expand language capabilities within their Contact Center operations.
CCSI's Contact Center locations in Mexico also provide geographic and time-zone proximity that can make communication, training, operational reviews, and collaboration with U.S.-based teams more practical.
For healthcare operations involving sensitive information, security and compliance are also critical considerations. CCSI currently maintains a cybersecurity framework that includes SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, and HIPAA compliance, together with information-security controls designed for regulated operations.
CCSI's decision to join the Healthcare Financial Management Association in 2023 represented an opportunity to remain connected with developments affecting healthcare finance organizations and better understand the operational challenges facing the industry.
That relationship with the healthcare finance community has continued through CCSI's participation in subsequent HFMA events. In 2026, CCSI returned to the HFMA Annual Conference to present Nearshore staffing and technology-enabled Contact Center solutions for healthcare finance organizations.
Participation in industry organizations and events provides opportunities to exchange knowledge with healthcare leaders, understand changing operational priorities, and continue developing Contact Center solutions around the needs of healthcare organizations.
The Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization serving healthcare finance professionals across hospitals, health systems, physician practices, health plans, and other healthcare organizations.
HFMA provides healthcare finance professionals with education, professional development, industry guidance, research, practical tools, and opportunities to collaborate around the financial and operational challenges facing the U.S. healthcare system.
Call Center Services International (CCSI) helps U.S. healthcare organizations establish and manage Nearshore Healthcare Contact Center operations in Mexico, combining professional bilingual talent with recruiting, training, Workforce Management, technology infrastructure, and operational support.
CCSI supports healthcare organizations across patient communication, appointment scheduling, billing and collections, insurance-related processes, medical device support, and other customer and patient service functions.
For organizations operating in regulated environments, CCSI also maintains cybersecurity and compliance standards designed to support the protection of sensitive information and secure Contact Center operations.
Historical note: First published in June 2023, this article documents CCSI's announcement that it had joined the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). The original membership milestone has been preserved while healthcare service, security, and organizational information has been updated to reflect CCSI's current capabilities and continued participation in the healthcare finance community.
