In December 2021, Call Center Services International (CCSI) employees came together to share Christmas gifts, food, groceries, and a financial donation with Niños del Camino, a children's home in Tijuana, Mexico.
During the holiday season, with the purpose of helping those in need and sharing a special moment with the community, CCSI employees collected food, grocery items, Christmas gifts, and monetary donations for Niños del Camino.
On December 10, 2021, members of the CCSI team personally delivered the gifts and donations to the children's home in Tijuana, where they also spent time with the children and teenagers ahead of Christmas.
The initiative reflected the spirit of participation and community involvement that has long been part of CCSI's company culture.
Niños del Camino was founded in Tijuana in 2006 by missionary Robert Charles Walker. The organization was established to provide care and opportunities for children and teenagers, supporting their physical and emotional well-being, education, and personal development.
Casa Hogar Niños del Camino continues to serve children and adolescents in Tijuana and is registered as a civil association providing social assistance in the community.
Call Center Services International (CCSI) helps U.S. organizations establish and manage Nearshore Contact Center operations in Mexico, combining professional bilingual and bicultural talent with recruiting, training, technology infrastructure, and operational support.
