In November 2019, CCSI held its annual Thanksgiving potluck, continuing a company tradition of bringing teams together to recognize their work, celebrate the year's accomplishments, and reflect on the family-oriented culture that leadership emphasized at the time.
As part of CCSI's annual Thanksgiving tradition, employees and members of the leadership team gathered for a potluck and took time to recognize the effort, dedication, and contributions of the company's teams throughout the year.
CCSI's top management shared messages of gratitude and reflected on what the organization had accomplished during 2019.
“Thank god for all the blessings we received this year and through all our lives… Thank you to all of you, as you can see the growth that we are having without all your hard work and dedication and commitment to the company it wouldn’t happen… last year we have gone from 1000 and now we may be at 2000 by the end of this year”
— Eric Esparza, President at the time
As CCSI expanded, maintaining the close-knit culture of the organization remained an important theme for leadership. Jorge Oros, who served as VP of Operations at the time, spoke about the challenge of preserving that sense of family while the company continued to grow.
“We have seen a lot of changes, big changes, but we try not to lose our essence and who we are, to continue to be a family. As we grow, it becomes harder, but we empower our leaders to be able to do that.”
— Jorge Oros, VP of Operations at the time
Jorge continued by reflecting on the employment opportunities created through the company's growth and the responsibility that came with that expansion.
“We are creating jobs for a lot of people and that’s why we should be thankful because a lot of people have this opportunity. We have a big platform to really make a difference in our country and we rely on everyone here to be able to do that and own it.”
— Jorge Oros, VP of Operations at the time
The messages shared during the celebration reflected themes that continue to be central to CCSI's company culture: recognizing employees, developing leaders, creating opportunities, and valuing the people behind the operation.
CCSI also used the Thanksgiving celebration as an opportunity to thank the clients and partners who contributed to the company's progress and success. Strong relationships between clients, leadership, and contact center teams have always been an important part of building successful operations.
CCSI was grateful for the trust of its clients and partners and looked forward to continuing to contribute to their success as well.
