San Diego, CA — December 10, 2025 — Jevan Consulting announced a strategic collaboration with Call Center Services International (CCSI) to expand Nearshore Healthcare Contact Center services for U.S. healthcare organizations. The collaboration combines Jevan Consulting's healthcare advisory expertise with CCSI's Nearshore workforce, operational infrastructure, and Artificial Intelligence solutions in Mexico.
The partnership was designed to address workforce and operational challenges facing U.S. healthcare organizations, including increasing labor costs, staffing shortages, employee turnover, patient-contact volumes, and the need to maintain consistent service levels.
By combining CCSI's Nearshore Contact Center model with Jevan Consulting's healthcare expertise, the organizations set out to provide healthcare providers with additional workforce capacity and operational support while maintaining close integration with existing U.S. teams.
At the time the collaboration was announced, CCSI already supported healthcare providers and organizations in other regulated industries through Contact Center and BPO operations in Mexico.
Through the collaboration, Jevan Consulting would advise and support CCSI's expansion into broader healthcare workflows, including hospital-based scheduling, patient access, Revenue Cycle operations, IT, accounting, and perioperative support.
Healthcare Contact Centers may require significant workforce capacity to manage patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, insurance-related processes, billing questions, Technical Support, follow-up communications, and other high-volume interactions.
CCSI's Healthcare Customer Support services currently include patient enrollment and orientation, appointment and transportation scheduling, billing and collections, insurance-related support, medical-device Technical Support, and patient communication.
Operating from Mexico provides access to professional English-Spanish bilingual and bicultural talent, substantial business-hour alignment with the United States, and geographic proximity that allows healthcare organizations to remain closely connected with their Nearshore teams.
Depending on program requirements, CCSI's Nearshore Healthcare model can provide labor cost savings of up to 50% compared with equivalent U.S.-based staffing while increasing access to workforce capacity.
Security and compliance are also important considerations for healthcare operations. CCSI's current cybersecurity and compliance framework includes SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, and HIPAA compliance.
These controls support operations that handle sensitive healthcare and patient information, but they do not transfer every regulatory responsibility from the healthcare organization to the outsourcing provider. Compliance responsibilities depend on the specific workflow, data being handled, applicable regulations, contractual requirements, and responsibilities assigned to each organization.
CCSI's model is designed to integrate dedicated Nearshore teams with each client's existing processes, technology, training programs, leadership, and performance objectives while CCSI provides recruiting, Human Resources, facilities, technology infrastructure, Workforce Management, and operational support.
At the time of the December 2025 announcement, CCSI reported more than 3,500 FTEs across Mexico and more than $100 million in annual revenue, reflecting the scale of the organization as it prepared to expand further into healthcare services.
In addition to Nearshore staffing, the collaboration highlighted the potential role of Artificial Intelligence in supporting healthcare Contact Center and back-office operations.
Rather than approaching AI solely as a way to reduce employee headcount, organizations can use intelligent automation to reduce repetitive manual work, increase processing capacity, analyze larger volumes of interactions, and allow employees to dedicate more time to activities requiring judgment, empathy, expertise, or exception handling.
CCSI's current AI portfolio includes Generative AI Virtual Agents, QA & Compliance AI Agents, Intelligent Document Processing, and an Integrated Payment Solution.
Depending on the healthcare workflow, these technologies can support patient and customer interactions, Quality Assurance, document processing, payment workflows, reporting, and other repetitive administrative activities.
“Healthcare leaders are looking for solutions that reduce cost, improve access, and provide reliable staffing without compromising quality,” said Lisa Risser, CPA, MBA, FACHE, Founder & CEO of Jevan Consulting. “CCSI brings a rare combination of scale, bilingual expertise, compliance, and AI-driven efficiency. We are excited to help bring their high-value model to hospitals and health systems of all sizes.”

The collaboration was also designed to support CCSI's broader expansion within the U.S. healthcare market.
As part of the partnership announced in December 2025, Jevan Consulting would support several strategic initiatives, including:
The objective was to combine Jevan Consulting's healthcare industry knowledge with CCSI's existing Nearshore Healthcare Contact Center capabilities, bilingual workforce, infrastructure, and technology.
The collaboration continued beyond its original announcement. During 2026, CCSI and Jevan Consulting continued appearing together in healthcare-industry initiatives, reinforcing the relationship established in December 2025.
“We see tremendous opportunity to support hospitals and health systems during a period of unprecedented operational pressure,” said Frank Esparza, CCSI's VP Sales & Marketing. “Partnering with Jevan Consulting accelerates our ability to deliver scalable, cost-efficient, and high-quality contact center solutions that truly move the needle for healthcare providers.”
