November 2025 — Call Center Services International (CCSI) celebrated the second anniversary of its partnership with Lendbuzz, a U.S. auto finance company. The milestone reflected two years of collaboration focused on workforce scalability, operational support, and the development of a professional bilingual and bicultural team in Mexico.
To commemorate the milestone, members of the Lendbuzz management team visited CCSI's Mexico City operations to review performance, meet directly with agents, align on future goals, and recognize the employees supporting the program.
The visit concluded with a team-building bowling event, providing employees and client leadership with an opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments achieved during the first two years of the partnership.
When Lendbuzz began working with CCSI, the company was seeking a strategic partner capable of providing the workforce capacity and flexibility needed to support rapid business growth.
Through CCSI's Nearshore Contact Center model in Mexico, Lendbuzz gained access to professional bilingual talent, geographic proximity to the United States, scalable staffing, and operational support that could integrate with its existing organization.
“CCSI has been instrumental in helping us scale at the pace our business demands. As our portfolio grew, they provided the agility we needed to adjust our headcount and meet our goals without missing a beat.”
— Luke Lyons, Senior Manager, Servicing Operations at the time
For a growing auto finance organization, the ability to adjust staffing levels as the loan portfolio changes can be an important operational advantage.
CCSI supports financial services organizations through specialized Nearshore Auto Finance services, including Loan Servicing, Customer Service, payment follow-up, early-stage collections, dealer support, document validation, repossession-related processes, and other customer-facing functions.
Its Loan Servicing teams can operate within each client's existing processes, technology platforms, training requirements, compliance framework, and performance objectives while CCSI provides recruiting, Human Resources, facilities, Workforce Management, and operational support.
This model allows the client to remain closely involved in the operation while gaining access to additional workforce capacity without having to independently establish and administer every component of another Contact Center location.
Beyond workforce capacity, the second-anniversary visit highlighted the importance of communication between the client, CCSI leadership, and the agents supporting the program.
Regular performance reviews, direct client feedback, leadership involvement, training, and clearly defined action plans can help maintain alignment as an outsourced operation grows.
“We have been impressed by the level of attention the CCSI leadership team gives our project. They take feedback constructively and implement strong action plans to address any challenges. It feels like a true partnership working together towards a unified goal.”
— Luke Lyons, Senior Manager, Servicing Operations at the time
The statement reflects an important part of a long-term outsourcing relationship: the provider must do more than supply employees. Leadership, communication, accountability, performance management, and responsiveness to client feedback all influence the effectiveness of the operation.
CCSI's facilities in Mexico provide clients with environments for training, meetings, operational reviews, and direct interaction with their Nearshore teams, helping U.S.-based leadership remain connected as programs expand.
Ongoing coaching and Quality Assurance can also help clients and CCSI identify performance trends, reinforce expectations, and address areas for improvement as the operation evolves.
The second anniversary represented both a relationship milestone and an example of how a Nearshore operation can develop alongside a growing financial services company.
For Lendbuzz, the partnership provided access to additional workforce capacity and operational flexibility. For CCSI, the milestone reflected the importance of building long-term client relationships based on communication, performance, and the ability to respond as business requirements change.
The celebration in Mexico City recognized the employees and leaders who contributed to the partnership during its first two years and reinforced the shared focus on continued collaboration and growth.
