On October 17, 2025, Call Center Services International (CCSI) celebrated a major milestone with the inauguration of a new floor at its Guadalajara Nearshore Contact Center. The expansion represented another step in CCSI's growth in Mexico and increased the infrastructure available to support U.S. clients, employees, and expanding Contact Center operations.
The inauguration brought together CCSI leaders and employees to celebrate the continued development of the Guadalajara operation and recognize the people contributing to its growth.
During the event, CCSI President Jorge Oros said:
“Moments like this are a reminder that every step forward is built with hard work, vision, and unity. Here’s to continued growth, and to the incredible team that makes it possible.”
— Jorge Oros, President of CCSI
The expansion reflected CCSI's continued investment in Contact Center facilities in Mexico and its strategy of combining infrastructure, professional talent, technology, and operational support to help clients expand their Nearshore teams.
Guadalajara had already become an important part of CCSI's multi-location operating model, alongside Tijuana and Mexico City, giving clients additional options for workforce capacity and geographic diversification within Mexico.
CCSI's Guadalajara operation supports Nearshore outsourcing for U.S. organizations through a combination of modern infrastructure, bilingual workforce availability, connectivity, and access to one of Mexico's major business and technology centers.
The operation can support customer-facing and back-office functions including Customer Service, Technical Support, and BPO and back-office services.
At the time of the October 2025 inauguration, the newly expanded floor included:
These additions provided CCSI with additional capacity to recruit and develop professional bilingual and bicultural agents while supporting the infrastructure requirements of growing client programs.
The opening of the new floor demonstrated how CCSI's Guadalajara operation was evolving to accommodate additional employees and client programs.
For companies establishing or expanding a Nearshore operation, physical capacity is only one part of the equation. Recruiting, training, Workforce Management, technology, Quality Assurance, security, leadership, and employee development all contribute to the ability to scale effectively.
Guadalajara provides CCSI with access to a large professional workforce and a business environment capable of supporting different types of Contact Center and BPO programs. Its connectivity with the United States also makes client visits, training, operational reviews, and collaboration with U.S.-based leadership more practical.
The 2025 expansion built upon CCSI's earlier investment in Guadalajara and reinforced the city's role within the company's broader Nearshore Contact Center network in Mexico.
The inauguration represented both a facilities milestone and an investment in the employees and client programs supported from Guadalajara.
As CCSI continued expanding its operations in Mexico, Guadalajara provided an additional location where organizations could combine professional talent, infrastructure, technology, and operational support within a Nearshore model.
The expansion also created additional opportunities for employees to grow into new operational, supervisory, training, and leadership roles as client programs developed.
CCSI's continued investment in Guadalajara reflects the importance of combining scalable facilities with the people and operational resources required to support long-term client growth.
Call Center Services International (CCSI) helps U.S. organizations establish and manage Nearshore Contact Center operations in Mexico, combining professional bilingual and bicultural talent with recruiting, training, facilities, technology infrastructure, Workforce Management, Quality Assurance, and operational support.
CCSI operates strategic Contact Center facilities in Guadalajara, Tijuana, and Mexico City, providing clients with options for workforce availability, scalability, infrastructure, and geographic diversification.
