CCSI Makes Donation To Orphanage For Boys & Girls With HIV In Tijuana

Call Center Services International (CCSI) employees came together during the 2015 holiday season to support EUNIME por Tijuana, a local organization providing care and support for children and adolescents living with HIV in Tijuana, Mexico. Employees collected food, grocery items, and monetary contributions and personally delivered the donation to EUNIME in January 2016.

Supporting EUNIME por Tijuana

As part of a holiday community initiative, Call Center Services International employees collected food, grocery items, and monetary contributions for EUNIME por Tijuana.

Members of the CCSI team personally delivered the donation to EUNIME on January 14, 2016, providing employees with an opportunity to directly support children and families in the Tijuana community where CCSI employees live and work.

The initiative reflected a simple objective behind the holiday collection: bring employees together to provide practical assistance to people in the local community who could benefit from additional support.

CCSI Employees Give Back to the Community

The donation was made possible through the participation of CCSI employees who contributed food, grocery items, and financial support during the holiday season.

By collecting and personally delivering the donations, employees were able to participate directly in the initiative rather than limiting the effort to a corporate contribution.

Activities like this also provide employees with opportunities to work together outside their normal professional responsibilities and strengthen the relationship between the company and the community surrounding its operations.

That connection remains consistent with CCSI's company culture, which emphasizes teamwork, employee engagement, development, diversity, and creating an environment where employees can contribute both professionally and personally.

Supporting Children and Families

At the time of the original article, EUNIME por Tijuana provided comprehensive care and support for children and adolescents living with HIV and also assisted families facing similar circumstances.

Its work included supporting the physical and emotional well-being of children and adolescents, providing educational resources, and helping address discrimination and stigma associated with HIV.

The original 2016 article included a specific number of children living at EUNIME at that time. Because the number of residents and families receiving assistance can change, that figure has not been presented here as current information.

Community donations such as food, household necessities, and financial contributions can provide practical support to organizations working directly with children and families.

Community Involvement at CCSI

For CCSI, community involvement is closely connected with the people and cities where its teams live and work.

The EUNIME initiative is one example of CCSI employees participating in charitable activities in Tijuana. Years later, employees again organized a holiday donation and personally delivered food, grocery items, Christmas gifts, and financial contributions to Niños del Camino in Tijuana.

These activities complement CCSI's broader focus on its people. The company's employee culture emphasizes development, teamwork, diversity, engagement, and opportunities for professional growth.

The 2016 EUNIME donation remains part of that history and documents the participation of CCSI employees in supporting the community surrounding the company's Nearshore operations in Mexico.

Historical note: First published in January 2016, this article preserves CCSI employees' holiday donation to EUNIME por Tijuana and the personal delivery of food, grocery items, and monetary contributions on January 14, 2016. Specific resident counts and other time-sensitive information from the original publication have not been presented as current because the number of children and families supported by the organization can change over time. Internal links and current CCSI company information have been updated while preserving the original community milestone.
