In September 2025, Call Center Services International (CCSI) welcomed a U.S.-based financial services partner to its Mexico City operations. The visit focused on reinforcing training for a new class of agents, conducting the Monthly Business Review (MBR) with leaders from both organizations, recognizing team performance, and strengthening collaboration between the client and its Nearshore workforce.
During the September visit, Justin T., Head of Operations, joined Training team members Emma M. and Destine L. at CCSI's Mexico City operation to work directly with employees and operational leaders.
The visit combined formal activities—including training and the Monthly Business Review—with opportunities for the client leadership team to engage directly with its bilingual and bicultural agents.
The timing also coincided with Mexico's Independence Day celebrations. CCSI's offices were decorated for the occasion, and employees were treated to esquites as part of the celebration, giving the visiting team an opportunity to experience local traditions and the CCSI company culture.
At Justin's request, the client also organized a Pizza Party to recognize the team's performance. The event provided an informal setting for employees, trainers, and leadership to interact and strengthen relationships outside their regular operational activities.
Beyond employee engagement, the client visit highlighted measurable operational improvements that had occurred through the partnership.
“One of the most impactful changes we’ve achieved has been in our hold and handle times. Before this partnership, our inbound hold times often reached double digits in minutes. Today, we average 30 seconds or less before connecting with a customer. The improved staffing levels and operational support have been key in sustaining this performance and delivering a better customer experience.”

At the time of the September 2025 visit, the client attributed the improvement in customer wait times to increased staffing capacity and operational support provided through its Nearshore Contact Center partnership.
Performance improvements such as these depend on more than adding employees. Recruiting, training, workforce planning, leadership, processes, technology, and ongoing performance monitoring all contribute to how effectively a Contact Center operation serves customers.
Regular business reviews also provide client and Nearshore leadership teams with opportunities to evaluate performance, discuss operational requirements, identify areas for improvement, and maintain alignment as the team grows.
The client's leadership also highlighted the ability to adjust workforce capacity as its portfolio and customer-service requirements changed.
“This partnership has given us the resources and support needed to effectively manage our portfolio and serve our customers. It also provides the flexibility to quickly scale our team when needed something that’s much easier than hiring domestically. The collaboration has truly benefited us while offering CCSI a reliable and efficient partnership.”
