The latest industry insights & news from CCSI, Specialists in Establishing Contact Centers in Mexico for Debt Collection, Customer Service, Sales, BPO and more.
In 2019, Call Center Services International reached the 11-year mark of establishing nearshore contact centers in Mexico. But what mattered most to us was what we had been able to achieve together during those years.
Reaching this milestone meant a lot to CCSI. Throughout those 11 years, we helped clients reduce operating costs and improve performance, created more than a thousand jobs in the region, and continued setting new goals for our organization.
Looking back at CCSI's history, the company experienced continuous growth. We started operations in 2008 with only 3 clients and 50 agents. By 2019, CCSI had grown to approximately 1,300 agents operating across 4 facilities in 2 cities.
But those numbers become more meaningful when we look at what that growth represented for our clients, employees, and communities.
By our 11th anniversary, we were proud to report that our first client was still with us. CCSI had grown, but our clients had grown as well.
CCSI celebrates its clients' achievements because our nearshore teams have been part of those accomplishments.
One example came in 2016, when the TEMPOE Baja Collections Team reached a company record of $1 million in collections during a single month.
Other clients expanded their Mexico operations as their programs developed. LaserAway, for example, continued growing its nearshore Customer Service team as the operation achieved strong results.
Another important part of this celebration was recognizing that our talented bilingual and bicultural agents made CCSI's success possible.
That is why taking care of our people has always been an important part of CCSI's approach. We understand that employees who feel supported, recognized, and connected to their work are better positioned to perform at a high level for the clients they represent.
Our growth created employment opportunities while also allowing employees to develop experience, advance professionally, and build careers within the contact center industry.
That people-focused philosophy continues to be reflected in CCSI's Company Culture.
Last, but certainly not least, continuous improvement has always been part of CCSI's growth. Every year gives us an opportunity to improve the way we operate and the way we support our clients and employees.
In 2015, CCSI received its ISO/IEC 20000 certification award. In 2016, CCSI also reported achieving PCI compliance.
These accomplishments reflected a broader commitment to improving our processes — from recruiting and employee development to client communication, technology, information security, and the way we build and manage professional contact center facilities.
Continuous improvement remains essential because growth is not only about adding more people or more space. It is about creating stronger operations, better systems, better experiences for employees, and better results for clients.
Our goal has always been to provide exceptional value for companies seeking a nearshore contact center solution in Mexico, supported by highly skilled agents and a strong commitment to Customer Experience and operational performance.
Anniversaries like this give us an opportunity to reflect on what we have achieved as a team, recognize the people and companies that helped make that growth possible, honor CCSI's transformation through the years, and look toward a future full of new possibilities.
“As we reach our 11th anniversary, we are excited to celebrate every client, partner and employee for believing in us & helping us grow. We are a great company because of YOU!”
