CCSI Receives ISO/IEC 20000 Certification Award at ExpoTech 2015
After a year of hard work, we successfully closed our project to improve and certify our IT Management processes under the ISO/IEC 20000 standard. Today, Call Center Services International received a recognition for our ISO/IEC 20000 certification at ExpoTech 2015.
ExpoTech, now in its 9th edition in the City of Tijuana, is intended to bring together IT Technology Industry, Telecommunications companies and its suppliers to feature and promote their services and products in one place. ExpoTech is sponsored by CANIETI (Mexico’s National Chamber of Electronic Industry, Telecommunications and Information Technologies), PROCEI (a program for supporting Mexican SMEs that aim at improving their competitiveness through specialized European technical advice and assistance directed at new technologies and innovation in production processes, allowing them access to European
markets), FIDEM (a trust that contributes to the development of Mexican states and municipalities), and CDT (Tijuana’s Economic Development Council).
ISO/IEC 20000 is the first international standard for IT service management which includes the design, transition, delivery and improvement of services that fulfill service requirements and provide value for both the customer and the service provider. This part of ISO/IEC 20000 requires an integrated process approach when the service provider plans, establishes, implements, operates, monitors, reviews, maintains and improves a service management system (SMS).
