Westlake Financial Services celebrates the 1-year anniversary of its Nearshore Mexico Contact Center. Westlake’s top management took this opportunity to thank the Agents for their loyalty and the success of the Center.
Brian Renfro, Westlake’s SVP of Servicing, told the team, “It’s pretty impressive what we’ve been able to do in a short amount of time. We would not have grown without the positive energy from a performance standpoint. Thank you guys for what you do!”
Westlake partnered with Call Center Services International (CCSI) to assist them in establishing the Center. Westlake has taken advantage of Mexico’s cost-effective labor rates, a large recruitment pool of bilingual agents, and a dedicated professional Workforce.
Mr. Renfro goes on to tell his team, “One year ago we started with 20 people, we are now approaching the growth opportunity to add people and be 400 agents in the coming year. We can’t say enough about what you guys are doing, great performance, just keep doing the hard work. We are going to continue to grow”.
September 2018. Westlake Financial Services came to Baja California, Mexico, to kick off their Nearshore Contact Center operations with a Go-Live celebration joined by their new team of agents. Brian Renfro (Senior VP Servicing) and John Mason (VP of Operations) were excited to share the vision for their nearshore venture with their new agents and to thank Call Center Services International (CCSI) for their support in establishing their Tijuana Otay Center with 25 agents, with a projection to grow to 50 agents in one month.
