LaserAway Ramps Up Their Nearshore Customer Service Team In Mexico
Beverly Hills, CA– LaserAway, the leader in the aesthetics industry for hair removal, tattoo removal, body contouring & skin rejuvenation, is enjoying the success and growth of their Nearshore Customer Service Center in Baja California, Mexico.
Due to their increasing business and operations redundancy needs, LaserAway chose to partner with Call Center Services International (CCSI) in late 2017 to establish a Contact Center in Baja California, Mexico (just minutes from the San Diego border).

LaserAway launched their nearshore operations back in December 2017 with a 10-woman team and as of Spring 2018 has grown to 50 call center agents.
CCSI, a nearshore service provider that specializes in establishing contact centers in Mexico, has helped make the LaserAway Nearshore Center a successful venture. The Baja team exclusively handle incoming calls and appointment setting processes for LaserAway’s California customers.
