Kellermeyer Bergensons Services Launches Nearshore Operation in Tijuana

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS), the leader in Corporate Facilities Management and Cleaning Services, opened a Customer Service center in Baja California, Mexico. This nearshore center is fully integrated with the U.S. operation and will provide additional Customer Service capacity for KBS Clients.

The center opened with 35 agents and will scale to 95 by year's end. KBS will also benefit from over $3 million in labor cost savings annually. This will significantly impact bottom line profits for KBS.
