Convergence Acquisitions’ Achieves $3 Million in Collections & Celebrates 2nd Anniversary with their Mexico Collection Team
November 2023. Convergence Acquisitions, a financial services company specializing in the acquisition and management of consumer receivables, announces the 2nd anniversary of its Nearshore Mexico Collections Center and recovers over $3 million in October.
Two years ago, Convergence Acquisitions partnered with Call Center Services International (CCSI) to establish a dedicated Collection Center in Nearshore Mexico. This strategic partnership increased Convergences’ workforce, enabling them to work more inventory and gain additional recoveries.
