March 2025 — Call Center Services International (CCSI) celebrates a significant milestone through a strategic partnership with a U.S.-based financial services company, marking the launch of its first Nearshore Loan Servicing Operation in Mexico. The company’s leadership team recently visited the new site and hosted a special event to recognize top-performing employees during the operation’s inaugural month.
Victor I., Chief Operating Officer of the financial services firm, expressed appreciation for the team’s early achievements, stating:

The company found in CCSI the right solution to expand their servicing capacity with bilingual talent while saving on costs with a Nearshore Contact Center. The operation launched with 20 loan servicing agents and is projected to grow to 60, including the addition of a debt collection team.
