Every season is a good season to thank your employees and all the people who have contributed to our teams, service, and company.
Some people can come up easily with unique, creative, and meaningful thank you messages for every occasion. But for most of us, it is really difficult to elaborate an appreciation message with those characteristics.
You can look for some pre-elaborated messages on the internet, but they might not say what you really want to say or will not have the same impact on your team since they are generic and lack personality.
We believe employee recognition should be a part of the responsibility of every leader to thank their team members with a sincere message. For that reason, we want to help you develop an original thank you message that will truly express what you feel for your team.

You need to spot what you are thankful for: Is it because the team or the person achieved a milestone, overcame a challenge, or contributed to success? Let the person know how they positively impact the company.
Recognize the Team or Person’s qualities or actions that make that Positive Effect possible. Is it passion? Efficiency? Hard work? Maybe the three of them.
Share how the achievement and the employee's qualities make you feel or what you would like to do to thank the person or team.

Now that you have chosen the words you want to use, you can write a short thank you message. Or you can use these simple formulas:

The next step is to combine the words you chose with the formula that works best for your words and create the message. Here are different examples on how to use them:
I want to congratulate you for your extraordinary enthusiasm, passion, and positive attitude that always make a significant difference in our work environment.
I am truly thankful for your remarkable honesty and professionalism, inspiring the team to do their best. Thank you for all that you are.
Success is possible thanks to your amazing commitment and hard work. I feel deeply grateful for your effort.
Positive teamwork is possible thanks to your collaborative spirit and dedication. I am sincerely grateful for having you on our team.
