Tijuana, Mexico, July 31st, 2023. - Jason Vorderstrasse, Labor Attaché from the United States Consulate, visited Call Center Services International's (CCSI) Otay Facilities in Tijuana, Mexico. The visit aimed to learn about CCSI's Nearshore Call Center model and witness firsthand the talent of their bilingual agents.
Hosted by Jorge Oros, President of Call Center Services International, and Sarai Gonzales, Site Director for Call Center Services International Otay Center, the visit offered an opportunity to showcase the significant contributions CCSI makes to the region's employment landscape.
During the visit, Jorge Oros took the opportunity to highlight CCSI's commitment to providing high-quality jobs to individuals in the region, including migrant workers from the United States. He elaborated on the company's history, showcasing how they have been instrumental in bridging the gap between U.S. companies and the skilled bilingual workforce in Mexico.
Sarai Gonzales, CCSI’s Otay Site Director, provided a comprehensive tour of the Otay Facilities, demonstrating the state-of-the-art infrastructure and advanced technologies that empower CCSI to deliver exceptional call center services. The tour also showcased the cultural alignment and professionalism of CCSI's bilingual agents, who play a crucial role in serving U.S. clients.
