Check ‘n Go’s Chief Operating Officer, Julie Joseforsky, visited the company’s nearshore Contact Center in Baja California, Mexico on August 9, 2017.
Ms. Joseforsky took this opportunity to thank her Baja team for a record year and to hold a town hall meeting to outline the company’s vision for continued success. “I am very impressed with the culture, leadership, disciplines, and professionalism of everyone here,” said Ms. Joseforsky about her Baja team, who in 2016 helped Check ‘n Go post a record-breaking 5,000 loans funded in a single day and have constantly surpassed this goal throughout 2017.
In 2015, Axcess Financial (Check ‘n Go parent company) partnered with Call Center Services International (CCSI) to establish their nearshore Contact Center in Baja California when they needed greater agent capacity to support their 1,000 stores and online lending programs. CCSI’s expertise in establishing service centers in Mexico made this a seamless venture for Check ‘n Go and has provided continuous administrative support for their operation. “I have full confidence that CCSI is the right vendor to work with and continue to grow our business with,” said Ms. Joseforsky about working with Call Center Services International.
