Phoenix, Arizona (February 16, 2018) The City of Phoenix made a Trade Tourism and Protocol Mission to Tijuana, Baja California.

The mission took place on February 15 & 16 and brought together leaders in business, education, and government that focused on creating opportunities for Phoenix businesses, as well as strengthening trade relationships and partnerships with Tijuana.

Empereon International / Constar International, leading providers of end-to-end customer engagement and customer management solutions, have had a successful venture expanding their operations in Mexico and were delighted to host the Phoenix delegation of 24 attendees at their Nearshore Contact Center Center. Among the attendees were Phoenix Vice Mayor Laura Pastor and Hank Marshall, Community and Economic Development Executive Officer for the City of Phoenix.
