Celebrating 9 Years Of Call Center Services International

Today we have reason to celebrate: our staff and clients helped us reach our 9-year mark! Nine years ago, we founded Call Center Services International with the vision of providing US companies a cost-effective nearshore Contact & Support Center solution in Baja California, Mexico

that delivers a talented workforce with outstanding performance and customer satisfaction.

At the end of our first year back in 2008, CCSI had 3 clients and 50 agents. Today, we have 16 clients and over 700 employees. Our clients have turned to our expertise in establishing Contact Centers in Mexico, backed by our commitment to assure performance driven results, excellent agent development and continuous process improvement.

 

CCSI Plaza Agua Caliente Inauguration

This growth has allowed us to expand to more world-class facilities in Mexico. 2013 saw the opening of our Plaza Agua Caliente center at an iconic building with State-Of-The-Art Technology Infrastructure located in downtown Tijuana. In 2014 we opened another fully equipped contact center in Mexico City. Last year, we opened the new Otay Center, an 85,000 sqft. building located at Tijuana’s International Business Park in Otay.
